The GLAMOUROUS Pink & Blue Gala, chaired by community activist Ana Hernandez, promises to be one of the “can’t miss” events of the year. The Wow Factor, in charge of event production, will “wow” us, with a night to remember that will commence with a luxurious cocktail reception and silent auction at 7:00 PM followed by dining, and dancing to the Steven Chase Band.
The Pink & Blue Gala, sponsored by Wells Fargo Advisors, gives hundreds of Miami’s most prominent philanthropists, socialites and professionals an opportunity to help children and families break the cycle of abuse, neglect and abandonment. “This is a great opportunity to enjoy an evening with friends, while also benefiting children in our community,” said Jackie Gonzalez, Executive Director of the Southeastern Division of Children’s Home Society of Florida.
CHS is a statewide leader in providing high quality, community based solutions to meet the needs of children and families in the community, providing a wide range of social services including emergency shelters, foster care, adoption, residential group homes, family and individual counseling, child abuse prevention and intervention services, home-based services, and help for pregnant teens and first-time mothers. The vision and hope at CHS is that in the future, with the unwavering support of people interested in the children of Florida, we can improve the lives of children in our community and one day eliminate the need for many of our programs.
