Guests will be spiraling down the rabbit hole into the Doctors Hospital “Whimsical Wonderland Ball” on May 17, 2014. at the US Century Bank Arena at FIU. Continuing its tradition of awe-inspiring interactive entertainment, as well as distinguishing itself as the grand finale to South Florida’s gala season, the Doctors Hospital “Whimsical Wonderland” Ball aims to ignite all of the senses. The evening will benefit the Doctors Hospital Operating Room Renovation Project. The renovated Operating Room will allow Doctors Hospital to continue providing high-quality, compassionate care while meeting the evolving healthcare needs of the community.

Presented by Doctors Hospital Foundation and organized by community volunteers, the ball is chaired by Ilien and Keith Hechtman, M.D., with co-chairs Patricia and Carlos Garcia, Esq., and Abby and Jose Portuondo, M.D. This dynamic team has chaired the ball since its inception and continues to bring energy, excitement and passion to the spectacular event.

Tables are available at the $5,000 and $10,000 levels; individual seats may be reserved for $500 and $1,000. Corporate sponsorships and underwriting opportunities also are available.
