The Moon Over Miami Gala to be held by HistoryMiami (formerly the Historical Museum of Southern Florida) promises to be an unforgettable evening, as the institution celebrates its’ 70th anniversary.

Chaired by Debbie Campbell, Leslie Lott, Liz Parnes and Barbara Reese, the Gala will be held at the historic Surf Club in Miami Beach and will feature Art Deco elements, nostalgic music of the era, cocktails followed by a seated dinner and champagne toast. The evening program will also honor “Miami History Makers,” those families and organizations who have had a significant impact in shaping South Florida.

Honorees include The Reeves Family, The Valdes-Fauli Family, The Wolfson Family, the Florida Grand Opera, and the American Red Cross of Greater Miami and the Keys.
