Dinner In The Garden
Guests can choose from a host of options to ring in the New Year Nikki Beach style, from a romantic dinner in Café Nikki’s tree-lit garden to exclusive VIP bed and cabana seating. A specialty New Year’s Eve menu offers diners a savory selection of delicious cuisine; begin the evening with a seafood martini New Year’s Eve celebration full of fresh seafood, or try the foie gras trio paired with banana chutney and green apple tart torchon. Make way to the upstairs Mile High Lounge where the newly remodeled Club Nikki entices New Year’s Eve revelers with everything VIP from private tables to a burlesque-like striptease performed in an oversized champagne glass while acrobatic aerialists sweep across the room from above. Celebrate NYE in Style at The Setai

The Dinner Dance
The evening begins at 7:45 p.m. in the courtyard. Drinks and hors d’oeuvres will be passed, with live performances during the reception by Nicole Henry. At 8:45 p.m., guests will be invited to their restaurant for a sumptuous six course dinner, paired with wines selected by the sommelier. The dinner will begin at 9 p.m. and will end with the dessert being served at 11:15 to 11.30 p.m. One glass of champagne is complimentary. Tickets are priced at $750 per person (includes service charge & tax). Tickets include entrance to The Party. Tickets do not include seating for the after party, as this is sold separately as bottle tables. A 20 percent discount will be introduced for bottle tables.

Deluxe Open Bar from 9 p.m. to 1 a.m. From 10 p.m. onwards, a selection of authentic Asian dishes such as Peking duck, noodles, tuna tartar, satay, dim sum, and smoked salmon with caviar will be passed, as well as live food stations. Countdown at five minutes to midnight with eight Fushu Daiko Asian Drummers located on the centre pool. From 1:00 to 2:30 a.m., there will be cash bar only, with the party ending at 3 a.m. Different bottle tables at individual pricing are available in the courtyard. The Mezzanine
The Mezzanine will be featuring a private roof top VIP party with a separate DJ. There are four VIP pods overlooking the courtyard and seven VIP pods on the floor. There will be an open sushi bar as well as an open martini bar. Prices for mezzanine VIP pods range from $6500 to $8000 depending on location, offerings, and number of guests. Mezzanine VIP ticket holders will be entitled access to the courtyard.

New Year’s Eve Ball
Celebrate the start of 2009 Fairmont Turnberry-style. This extravagant ball begins with a lavish sparkling wine reception featuring a lamb carving station and passed hors d’oeuvres including jumbo gulf shrimp, stone crab claws, sushi and risotto. A Special New Year’s Eve Performance of CATS

There’s no better way to introduce your family to the wonders of live theatre than with the magic, the mystery, the memory of “Cats.” What began as a musical about cats after Andrew Lloyd Webber picked up a book of poems in an airport bookshop has become one of the longest running shows in Broadway’s history.
