New Year’s Eve at The Setai

For a sophisticated celebration this New Year’s Eve, head to The Setai, a sparkling oasis of style where the cool lines of Asia fuse with the heat of Miami. This year’s fête, unlike any other, will entertain the senses with the sounds of Friends of the New World Symphony, the flavors of an utterly decadent six-course tasting menu and the sights of the elegant Courtyard. New Year’s Eve 2010

The Biltmore Hotel will bring in 2010 with a grand celebration – exquisite dining, fabulous musical performances, fireworks and champagne! Executive Chef Rolando Cruz-Taura pulls out all the stops with a gala five-course dinner, beginning with Petrossian caviar. This New Year’s Eve, ring in 2010 at the famed BOURBON STEAK, a Michael Mina restaurant. This year don’t just ring in the New Year on the 31st, celebrate for four nights straight with Klutch. Klutch the brand new nightclub located at 136 Collins Avenue in the famed South of Fifth district will be celebrating its opening week with a four night run hosted by Just Jared.
