Todd Michael Glaser shares lifelong insight on Miami

Born and bred in Miami Beach, Todd Michael Glaser is a hometown success story. This Beach High grad has made his mark as a real estate developer and is behind some of Miami’s most significant projects. His most notable project of late is Zaha Hadid’s 1000 Museum, which appears to be on the fast track to an Art Basel groundbreaking.

Glaser also partnered nine years ago with renowned Miami architect Chad Oppenheim to preserve and renovate the Carl Fisher estate on Miami Beach.

Glaser is bullish on Miami, especially downtown, and expects the Magic City to continue its explosive growth. He notes the anticipation of the Panama Canal expansion and The Port of Miami’s ability to handle the new supertankers that will come as primary catalysts behind this current boom.

On the social front, he and wife Kim Glaser have four children, and Todd was named to the board of Make a Wish Miami. He became involved with Make a Wish through his enduring friendship with The Forge’s Shareef Malnik and his father Al Malnik.
