Pawpurrazzi 2008 at Jungle Island
Benefiting the Humane Society of Greater Miami
A new crew of VIPs took over Miami’s red carpet as Miami’s top dogs strutted their stuff at Jungle Island for the Humane Society of Greater Miami Adopt-A-Pet’s third annual “Pawpurrazzi.” This year’s event brought an all-star line-up with Donna Shalala as Honorary Chairperson, Rene Ruiz, Alan Randolph and Martin Krediet as Chairpersons, and a menu created just for the occasion by Food Network’s Ingrid Hoffmann. A highlight of the evening was a couture fashion show by Miami fashion designer Rene Ruiz. Pawpurrazzi is South Florida’s glamorous red carpet event that invites humans and dogs for an incomparable evening of food, fashion and entertainment to raise $125,000 for the care of homeless animals.
