Personal Style Awards
ELLE Magazine toasted its October Personal Style Issue with a tribute to South Florida’s most fashionable women at its Personal Style Awards. Styled in looks by selected brands from Bal Harbour Shops, ten fashionistas were honored for their philanthropic contributions at an awards ceremony hosted by ELLE executive accessories editor, Kate Davidson Hudson. Each honoree was presented with a beautiful Tiffany & Co. Key on an oval link chain. The celebration continued with a formal runway show and night of shopping, where a percentage of sales from the evening benefited the honoree’s charities of choice. The Honorees were Sara Colombo – Shake a Leg; Alicia Cervera Lamadrid -The Mercy Hospital Foundation; Daniela Swaebe – Community Partnership for Homeless; Yolanda Berkowitz – Voices for Children; Carolina Arellano Cejas – CHARLEE Homes for Children; Raysa Fanjul – Mission International Rescue Foundation; Darlene Perez – The United Cerebral Palsy Association of Miami; Sarah Arison – YoungArts, the core program of the National Foundation for Advancement in the Arts; Claudia Potamkin -Honey Shine Mentoring Program; Laure Heriard-Dubreuil – Miami Children’s Hospital Foundation. Participating Brands included Cartier, Calypso, Diane von Furstenberg, Elie Tahari, Jimmy Choo, Lancome, Max Mara, Roberto Coin, Neiman Marcus Bal Harbour,Tiffany & Co., Tod’s and Wolford.
