The most significant fundraising initiative in the history of Baptist Health is The Grand Gala with all proceeds going to support Miami Cancer Institute, the new destination cancer center. Recognized for its leading clinical care, exceptional patient experience, advanced clinical research and state-of-the-art technology – including the first proton therapy center in South Florida – Miami Cancer Institute offers ease of access to patients in the region and across Latin America and the Caribbean. The Institute opens in January 2017.
